Terms of service

Last updated 22 October 2026 · CommentCrow, Oslo, Norway

1. Early access

CommentCrow is in early access. Joining the waitlist creates no payment obligation. Access opens in small groups while Meta reviews our app; we email you when yours is ready, and your free trial starts then.

2. The service

CommentCrow monitors comments under your Meta ads, hides comments that match rules you configure, and drafts or posts replies according to your settings. You stay responsible for your Pages, your rules, and every reply sent from your Page. You can switch automatic replies off at any time.

3. Your account

You must have the authority to connect the Meta assets you connect. You agree to Meta's platform terms in addition to these. Keep your login private and tell us if you think it's been compromised.

4. Trials, billing and cancellation

The free trial lasts 7 days and covers up to 250 comments, with everything in the Growth plan. Finishing Crow Run, the game on our site, adds a bonus of up to 7 extra days and 250 extra comments, so a trial is at most 14 days and 500 comments. One bonus per email address and per Meta ad account; it has no cash value. We don't take a card for the trial, and it ends by itself unless you choose a paid plan. Paid plans are billed monthly in USD and can be cancelled any time; cancellation stops the next charge and you keep access until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months.

5. What we don't promise

We show you what was hidden, answered and left open. We don't guarantee a change in ROAS, sales or ad performance. Classification is automated and will sometimes be wrong; you can unhide any comment. The service is provided as is during early access, and we may change or pause features while we build.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use CommentCrow to hide genuine customer complaints in a misleading way, to post deceptive replies, or to break Meta's rules. We can suspend accounts that do.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or actions taken by Meta on your assets.

8. Data

How we handle data is in our Privacy policy and Security page, which form part of these terms.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; material changes are emailed 14 days before they apply. Norwegian law applies, with courts in Oslo, without affecting consumer rights that apply where you live.
